How do I prepare salteñas?

Heat oven to 465 degrees 

  • (varies on oven 450 -500 degrees)

  • Remove the salteña from foil packaging

  • Place the salteñas on backing sheet a few inches apart

  • Place in oven and wait for about 17 to 23 minutes  until golden

  • Take the tray from the oven

  • Let cool for a few minutes

  • Wrap half of the salteña in napkin

  • Break off one crusty end

  • Using spoon, pour out delicious juices little by little as you savor each delicious bite right to the other crust end.

Do you deliver? No, however you can pre-order and pick-up certain menu items.
